Supplements: e lawsuit at Marview Commons is currently in progress. Estimated trial date is February 2027 however, they are hoping to settle prior to that. As I am the original owner I'm obligated to go to arbitration if I have issues however that does not apply to the next owner . Anything received from the lawsuit would go into a one for all for all owners there most of it going into reserves and they will continue repairs. So far half the roofs have been replaced. There were some plumbing issues identified in the lawsuit, however the plumber, who did the initial work for Ashton Woods has taken responsibility.
