We had a fabulous 2009 with over 63 transaction sides closed for over $11 million in sales. This concluded my best year in the business. We had a very successful 3rd Annual Fall Festival with over 1,400 attendees, raising over 1,100 pounds of food and $400 in cash for the Helping Hands of Goose Creek. We added a new buyer’s representative, Andrea Parler, over the summer. We also administered our first ever Home Buyer Seminar. We had 29 attendees. Of the 29 attendees, three of these buyers have already purchased a home!
We have set the bar high for 2010. We are setting a goal of over 90 transaction sides closed for over $16 million. We will once again host our annual Fall Festival, October 23, 2010. We will also administer a Home Buyer Seminar, May 8, in connection with Family Services at the Goose Creek Recreation Center. We have also planned outdoor events starting this week. Drew Sineath & Associates will be at the 1st Annual Riverfront Race Festival in North Charleston this Friday from 5-8. If you plan to race this Saturday come out Friday to pick up your packet early and stop by our booth. We will have a fantastic giveaway and some great things to do for the kids. So COME BY!
Drew Sineath & Associates will be attending the annual Flowertown Festival in Summerville for the first time this year. The event is in March this year for the first time, running from March 26-28. Come by our booth for some great door prizes and activities! Our final event before the Fall Festival will be the final Charleston Sprint Triathlon Series race in August. Stay tuned for more details.
