Builders Educate Drew Sineath & Associates

This week Drew Sineath & Associates had Lennar Homes  and Rex Thompson Homes attend their weekly sales meeting to educate them on two of their communites.

Foxbank Plantation is located just outside Goose Creek in the newly annexed part of Moncks Corner. Lennar is a new builder to enter into this large master planned community. They bring two new product lines to this community. Lennar also updated DSA on their community Tranquil Hill in Ladson. Tranquil Hill is conveniently located off of Dorchester Rd close to shopping and dinning. Tuesday Drew Sineath & Associates was treated to a limo ride and lunch with local builder, Rex Thompson Homes. We toured their community, Blackstone, in Moncks Corner. Small community of Blackstone offers affordable homes starting in the $119s to $179s and square footages ranging in 1,000 to 2,200. The next community we visited was Carlton Place in the highly desirable town of Hanahan.
