Tanner Plantation has many subsections and includes multifamily as well as single family homes ranging from a 2 bedroom/2 bath triplex with 1,100 square feet to a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome or a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath single family home with approximately 2,800 square feet. The Plantation is complete with a 78-acre lake and tons of walking trails perfect for running or walking. I have personally used them to run on for over 6 years. I completed the Kiawah full marathon last December after training on the walking trails in Crowfield.
