*Sponsorship proceeds will go towards the cost of hosting the 2013 Goose Creek Fall Festival, however your sponsorship can be tax deductible.   You will be given a receipt and a 501C3 letter from Helping Hands of Goose Creek for your records.  Sponsors who wish to sell merchandise shall be considered a vendor and an additional permit may be required by the City ofGoose Creek.  All vendors are required to research and/or pay for additional permits if needed.  Food vendors will be limited and available on a first come first served basis.  Vendors to supply their own table and chairs. Sponsors will be provided with one 8ft banquet table and two chairs per booth.  Additional signage and tents are encouraged.  If you need a tent or electricity provided to you, an additional fee will apply.  No refunds for sponsorship commitments shall be given in full.  Payment in full must be made to guarantee full sponsorship benefits by deadline dates listed for each level stated above.  Host reserves the right to change, add and/or eliminate benefits if needed.
