Kristen is a graduate from the College of Charleston and is responsible for the firm's marketing efforts. Having been born and raised in the Lowcountry, she has knowledge of the area. She currently lives in Moncks Corner with her husband and son. Kristen began as a buyer's representative with Drew Sineath & Associates and now serves as our buyer's agent team leader.

Jeanne, a long-time Colorado resident, entered the real estate industry after a successful career in business management. She currently lives in North Charleston near her daughter and granddaughter. She has been assisting buyers in the Charleston area for over 5 years. She has a strong background in client relations and enjoys negotiating the best deal for her clients.

Ashley Jones
Buyer's Representative
Ashley Jones has lived in the Lowcountry for over 20 years. She previously held a Property Management position before joining Drew Sineath and Associates as a buyer's representative. Ashley currently resides in the Goose Creek area near her family and friends. She is an avid swimmer and teaches swim lessons for all ages in her spare time. She also likes to compete in Triathlons and inspire healthy lifestyles to the community's youth. Ashley has a gift for finding the perfect home for her clients and loves thrill of the hunt.

Marian Kinard
Closing Coordinator
Marian moved to theGoose Creekarea a few years ago with her husband and two daughters, years 8 and 5. She joins Drew Sineath and Associates as their closing coordinator. As the daughter of a real estate broker and past experience working with an appraiser, Marian has good expertise in the real estate transaction procedures. She works hand-in-hand with our clients once the contract has been ratified to ensure that all deadlines and requirements are met to see the sale to closing.

Administrator
Wendy joins the Drew Sineath Team after 12 year career as a closing paralegal for a Summerville SC attorney. Wendy lives with her husband in Moncks Corner. She assists the team in all administrative work from filing and organizing to marketing and data management.

James Sineath
Mortgage Lender, Ikon Financial Group
James J. Sineath has over 30 years of lending experience and joined Ikon Financial Group in 2010. He has a B.S. from The Baptist College (Charleston Southern University). He resides in Summerville with his wife Linda. His favorite hobby is flying his Piper Cherokee 235 airplane on the weekends.
